    I have heard of tongatAli and horny goat weed being very effective. It’s good to know there are other alternatives, as tongatali and horny goatweed is not easily accessible in some parts of the world. It’s already a chalenge to find it in South Africa..     This is great information. I had never thought of testosterone supplements before but I sure could use them. Before the age of 35 there was no way I would put on weight no matter what and how much I ate and drank. Unfortunately this is no longer the case at the age of 44. I am struggling to get back into shape, both to get fitter, stronger and leaner and if testosterone supplements can help me to acheive this, I would be very happy to try it.

      Thanks for the visit to my site. It is common for many men not to think of a supplement for testosterone. Many men don’t think about their testosterone levels at all and they continue to just make due and life with low levels. I am the same, at the age of 43 years old, I tend to hold on to extra fat if I don’t make it work. I eat fairly well and workout quite a bit. I supplement with a testosterone supplement and I have tried all of the supplements on my site. That is why I am comfortable reviewing and promoting them.     I pretty much thought the only way to increase testosterone was through injection. Being that I am not a big fan of needles, it’s good to know that there are other alternatives like supplements which make it easier to consider. Thanks for the info.     Man I just turned 30, I didn’t know I now have to worry about my testosterone decreasing!

    Besides the plants you listed, do you think it is possible to get enough of the other ingredients simply through diet?

    Or is taking a supplement necessary to get the needed dose to have an effect on testosterone?
